Kwe’, I’m Ethan!
I was born and raised in Unama’ki (Cape Breton Island), Nova Scotia, and I’m proud to be from Membertou First Nation—a small urban Mi’kmaq community just minutes from downtown Sydney.
I’m currently studying Tourism and Hospitality Management at Mount Saint Vincent University, and for the past five years, I’ve been working in Nova Scotia’s vibrant tourism industry. I started this blog to share my journey—both around the world and across my home in Mi’kma’ki—as I explore, learn, and celebrate the places that shape who I am.
